Ice Swim Africa - Cold Water Swimming
Do you ever think your swimming pool is too cold to swim in? What are these guys thinking?

Six cold water swimming veterans and up to 30 other extreme swimmers are set for one of the coldest swims in Africa, wearing only Speedos, swimming caps, and goggles. World record holders Ram Barkai and Theodore Yach will attempt to swim a mile in the bone-chilling Nuwedam in remote Fraserburg, near Sutherland, Northern Cape, one of the coldest regions in Africa.
