Hayward Pool Products, Inc. completed the acquisition of Goldline Controls, Inc., the recognized world leader in electronic chlorine generation technology, effective August 25, 2004.
The two market leaders have united to expand Hayward's proven Totally Hayward® System by providing homeowners the first single source of the total pool management system, from Hayward pool pumps to heaters and filters.

Hayward selected Goldline Controls to enhance its Totally Hayward® System based on its solid reputation in the industry. Goldline Controls manufactures salt chlorinators and pool/spa controls and is renowned for high quality, reliability and performance in both industries. Hayward's purchase of Goldline Controls will not alter the day-to-day operations of either organization. The companies will drive for synergies in their joint sales and marketing efforts, and both sales forces will collaborate to maximize growth opportunities.
Goldline Control's salt chlorinators generate chlorine to provide hassle-free, convenient pool water purification without the mixing or handling of chlorine products.
